Shipping Policy
Production & Processing Time All Holly+Rhudolf products are made to order. Once your order is confirmed and payment is received, production begins within 1-3 business days. Please allow additional time for production before shipment.
Shipping We ship worldwide via express courier. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your shipment directly on the courier's website or from your account if you are a registered customer.
Delivery Times Delivery times are calculated from the moment the package is shipped:
- Italy: 2-4 business days
- Europe: 3-7 business days
- Rest of the World: 5-14 business days
Orders are shipped and delivered on working days only (Monday to Friday), during office hours, excluding national and local holidays.
Shipping Costs Shipping is free on all orders worldwide.
Multiple Items If you have ordered more than one item, it is possible that they will be shipped in separate packages at no additional cost to you.
Shipping Address Please carefully check your shipping address before completing your order. Once the order is confirmed, it will not be possible to modify the shipping address. Holly+Rhudolf cannot be held responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
