RETURN POLICY 

 

1-We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. HOLLY+RHUDOLF BRAND 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@hollyrhudolf.it.  W.App + 39 3925944949 . Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: HOLLY+RHUDOLF STUDIO FASHION, VIA UMBERTO I N°47, CORIGLIANO-ROSSANO (CS) - CALABRIA - ITALY.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Pre-Order Items Certain products are available for pre-order and are produced specifically upon the customer's request. Pre-order items are exempt from the right of withdrawal pursuant to Article 16(c) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, as they are manufactured to order in the size and specifications requested by the customer. Returns and refunds for pre-order items are only accepted in case of manufacturing defects or incorrect items received. Estimated production and delivery times are indicated on the product page at the time of purchase. 

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off periodNotwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.This right does not apply to pre-order, made-to-order, or personalized items, which are exempt under Article 16(c) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU."

Refunds We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days MAX.

The purpose of HOLLY+RHUDOLF is to guarantee the complete satisfaction of the purchaser of the HOLLY+RHUDOLF Brand products that can be purchased on the Site (hereinafter, respectively defined "Purchaser" and "Products". 

 The Products returned must be delivered to the courier indicated by the Seller within 14 days from the date of receipt of the Products covered by the Order.The Products may be returned by the Purchaser by shipment Free via the courier indicated by the Seller or by another courier, only after completing the return form (compliant with the standard form pursuant to art.49, paragraph 4 of the Consumer Code,  a form and an Express courier label created by the seller specifically for the customer.

 CONDITIONS FOR THE EXERCISE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal is exercised correctly if the following conditions are fully met: to. except in the case of return by delivery of the Products at a Point of Sale, the Return Form or other explicit declaration of the Buyer's decision to withdraw from the Contract must be correctly filled in and sent to the Seller within 14 days of receipt of the Products or, if at the time of purchase the Purchaser requested delivery to a Point of Sale, from the date of collection of the Products object of the Order at that Point of Sale;
 B. the Products must not have been used, worn, washed, damaged in any way;
 C. the identification tag must still be attached to the Products, as affixed;  
D. the Products must be returned in their intact original packaging;  And. the returned Products must be delivered to the shipper within 14 days from the moment in which the Buyer communicated to the Seller the decision to withdraw from the Contract or, if the Buyer chooses to return the Products by going directly to a Point of Sale , must be delivered to the sales assistant within 14 days from the date of receipt by the Buyer of the Products themselves.In the event that all the conditions required to proceed with the return are met, the Seller will refund the Buyer in full for the price of the returned Products, the latter being solely responsible for the costs of the return. By "return costs" we mean the costs incurred for returning the purchased Products to the Seller, unless the Seller has expressly exempted the Buyer from incurring such expenses at the time of purchase and on the further condition that the Buyer makes use of the forwarder indicated in the Return Form. If the Purchaser decides to use the courier indicated by the Seller for the shipment of the Products purchased, the Purchaser, however, will not have to pay the costs of the return in person,as the related costs will be borne by the Seller who will pay for the service provided by the courier, deducting from the refund due to the Buyer an amount equal to the cost previously incurred for the delivery of the Products object of the Order to the latter's home. The sales assistant may possibly help the Purchaser in filling out the Return Form and inserting the Returned Products in the package, applying the pre-printed adhesive label in order to allow correct shipment to the Seller. The sales assistant will only collect the Products and place them in the package,but it will not verify the conformity of the Products with the conditions and terms necessary to proceed with the return (verification to be carried out by the Buyer). Delivery to the sales assistant is not the same as acceptance of the return by the Seller, who in any case reserves the right to verify the conformity of the returned Products with the terms indicated therein in order to proceed with any refunds. This verification will take place as soon as the Seller has received the Products at its warehouses. The Seller will inform the Buyer via e-mail both in the case of acceptance of the return and in the case of non-acceptance of the same.Delivery to the sales assistant is not the same as acceptance of the return by the Seller, who in any case reserves the right to verify the conformity of the returned Products with the terms indicated therein in order to proceed with any refunds. This verification will take place as soon as the Seller has received the Products at its warehouses. The Buyer will be contacted if the return cannot be accepted because it does not comply with the conditions set out in the previous paragraph. In this case, the Products will be returned. In the event that the Buyer refuses this shipment, the Seller reserves the right to keep the Products and the amount corresponding to the purchase price of the same.  


REFUND TIMES AND METHODS
 
After the Seller has received the return and checked that all the requirements for proceeding with the return have been met, the Buyer will receive an e-mail confirming acceptance of the return, or, if the existence of a decrease in the value of the Returned products, you will receive an e-mail in which the amount deducted by way of deduction of the refund will be communicated. Whatever the payment method used by the Buyer for example: credit / debit card, Paypal, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay, the refund will be activated by the Seller as soon as possible and in any case within five-seven (5-7) days from date on which he became aware of the Buyer's right of with drawal ,once it has been verified that the withdrawal has taken place in compliance with the conditions set out therein.The actual timing for the re-credit of the sums due or, in any case, for the return of the sums paid by the Purchaser for the purchase of the Products, depend on the payment methods used, as specified below: purchase by credit / debit card: repayment time depends on the credit / debit card management company, but normally takes place within five-seven  (5-7) days. We remind you that the value date of the re-credit is the same as the debit, so you will not suffer any loss in terms of bank interest.purchase via PayPal: the refund will be made to the Buyer's PayPal account and will be immediately visible. The actual refund to the credit card from the Buyer's PayPal account depends on the institution that issued the card.cash on delivery: the refund takes place on the current account indicated by the Buyer, so the refund time depends on the correctness of the data you enter or communicate to the sales assistant of the Point of Sale, if you have chosen to return the Products directly in the store; the re-credit normally takes place within five-seven(5-7) days Max.  

PRODUCT IDENTIFICATION CARD  

All Products offered for sale by the Seller are provided with an identification tag, which is an integral part of the Products themselves. We invite you to try the Products without removing the tag, because the Products without them will not be approved by the Seller for the purpose of accepting the return.
 
COURIER SERVICE  

The Products returned can be shipped via the courier indicated by the Seller Courier Express , using the pre-printed adhesive label that the Seller HOLLY+RHUDOLF send for you in the e.mail.  The shipping costs it's free and to track the shipment, thus verifying at any time where the package containing the Products object of the Order is located. The Buyer may contact Courier Express  to arrange the collection of the Products. In case the Buyer decides to use, for the return of the Products, a shipper other than the one indicated by the Seller, he will have to pay the return costs himself and will remain fully responsible for any loss or damage to the Products during transport.
